The whole salon fits in the van.
Platinum Mobile Grooming has been pulling into driveways around Yukon and the Oklahoma City metro since 2016. Hot water, a real tub, a real dryer and a real table, parked at your curb. Your dog never rides anywhere and never waits in a kennel.

Yukon is the driveway we start from. The rest of the metro is the route.
What actually pulls up outside
People picture a car with a bag of clippers in the back. It is closer to a small plumbing rig. Tap a number on the diagram to see what is bolted down inside.
Fresh water tank
The van carries its own water, so nothing has to be run from your spigot and nothing gets left behind on your lawn. That is what makes a driveway appointment possible in February and in August alike.
What the appointment covers
A full groom is not one thing, it is a stack of small jobs done in the right order. Ask for all of it or ask for the parts your dog needs today.
- 01 / Full groom
Bath, blow out, brush out and a finished trim
Warm bath in the van tub, a high velocity dry that pulls water and dead coat out at the same time, a full brush out, then the trim. Small dogs, big dogs, double coats and curly coats each get handled differently. Tell us the look you want or tell us the breed standard and we will work to it.
- 02
Nail trim and file
Nails cut back and smoothed so they are not clicking on your floors or catching on the couch. Done on its own if that is all you need.
- 03
Ears and eyes
Ears cleaned and checked, the hair around the eyes tidied so your dog can actually see out from under it.
- 04
De-shedding
For the coats that carpet a house twice a year.
- 05
Sanitary and paw pads
The tidy-up work that keeps a long coat clean between grooms.
- 06
Cats too
Brushing, nails and de-matting for cats that will not tolerate a lobby full of dogs.
Salon day versus driveway day
Nothing against a good shop. But the drive, the wait and the room full of other dogs are three separate things your pet has to get through before anyone picks up a brush.
Drop off at a shop
The usual version- You drive over, then drive back later, twice in one day.
- Your dog waits in a kennel before and after the groom.
- Other dogs barking on both sides of the run.
- Several pets on the table across the same shift.
- You hear how it went at pickup.
The van at your curb
How we do it- Nobody drives anywhere. The van parks outside your house.
- No kennel and no crate. Your pet comes in and goes home.
- One pet in the van at a time, start to finish.
- Steady, quiet, and over in one sitting.
- You are twenty feet away the whole time.
What good grooming looks like
Every coat type gets a different plan. Drag the strip sideways.
Placeholder photography for now. Your own before and after shots drop straight into this strip.
Two people, one van, and a route we have been driving for years
Platinum Mobile Grooming is a husband and wife operation. That is the whole staff list. When you book, you get one of us, and next time you get the same one of us, which is the part that matters to a nervous dog.
It also means the schedule is finite. The van can only be in one driveway at a time, so standing appointments fill up first and the metro is covered a neighborhood at a time rather than all at once.
Most appointments happen on a driveway, in a garage, or at the curb. All the van needs is a flat place to park.
Get on the schedule
Call and talk to one of us, or send an email with your dog's breed, rough size and what you are after. Online booking is handled through MoeGo.
